The Key Ingredients, and Why They Are In Here

Calcium (as Di-Calcium Malate) is the mineral most associated with bones, and for good reason: about 99% of the body’s calcium is found in the skeleton. It provides the primary structural building block of healthy bone.*

Magnesium (as Di-Magnesium Malate) is often an overlooked partner to calcium. Bones house roughly 60% of the body’s magnesium, and magnesium is also needed for the proper metabolism and activation of vitamin D.*

Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) is included at 1,000 IU per serving. It supports the body’s ability to absorb calcium from food and helps maintain a healthy calcium balance.*

Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) is often described as a “traffic cop” for calcium, helping direct calcium toward the bones and teeth where it belongs.* The MK-7 form used here is a highly bioavailable form of K2.
