Effective Date: 09/30/2025 Last Updated: 05/30/2026
HealthMint LLC ("HealthMint," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://healthmintblog.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you give us directly, including:
Identity and contact information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
Order and payment information: products purchased and payment details. Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Account information: username and password, if you create an account.
Communications: information you provide when you contact customer support, leave a product review, post a testimonial, or respond to surveys.
Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving emails or other communications from us.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
Your IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system;
Pages you view, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits;
The website or source that referred you to the Site;
General location information inferred from your IP address.
We do not knowingly collect more sensitive categories of personal information (such as precise geolocation, government ID numbers, or health-record data) beyond what you voluntarily provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and manage returns and refunds;
Create and manage your account;
Communicate with you about orders, customer service, and product updates;
Send marketing and promotional messages, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time;
Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and our products;
Personalize your experience and show you relevant content and advertising;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and prohibited activity;
Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
Service providers. We share information with third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, order-fulfillment and shipping providers, email and marketing platforms, web-hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools.
Advertising and analytics partners. We may share certain online identifiers and activity data with advertising and analytics partners to measure and deliver advertising. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under state privacy laws (see Section 7).
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HealthMint, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner allowing you to manage your preferences.
5. "Do Not Track" Signals
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We will update this section if that practice changes.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CalOPPA, CCPA/CPRA). Depending on applicable thresholds, California residents may have the right to:
Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected;
Request deletion of personal information we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your request before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The categories of personal information we collect and how they are used and shared are described in Sections 1–3 above.
Residents of other U.S. states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others with applicable laws) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing or targeted advertising. We honor these rights where the applicable law requires.
To opt out of marketing emails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or contact us directly. You may still receive transactional messages related to your orders.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including those referenced in our blog content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted conspicuously on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
