Thank you for shopping with HealthMint LLC ("HealthMint," "we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how you may return a product purchased from https://healthmintblog.com (the "Site") and how refunds are processed. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product is unopened and undamaged, in its original packaging and with any seals intact;
The return is initiated and the product is shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date; and
The product was purchased directly from HealthMint through the Site.
Because our products are consumable health and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned more than 14 days after delivery, except where a product arrived damaged or defective or you received the wrong item (see Section 5).
2. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return. Once your return is confirmed as eligible, ship the unopened, undamaged product to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless your return is the result of our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — see Section 5), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. [Confirm or adjust this provision to match how you actually handle return shipping.]
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it is unopened and undamaged. If the return is approved:
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method;
The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product;
The refunded amount will reflect the purchase price of the eligible product and will not include original shipping charges.
Please note that after we issue a refund, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account, depending on their processing times.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at healthmintblog@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any applicable shipping costs — at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process in this policy will apply.
7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken;
Products returned more than 14 days after delivery;
Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery;
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
